Difficulty: all levels/moderate
A dynamic, energising vinyasa style class focusing on the flow between movements to create a rhythmic and powerful practice. Movement is linked with breath to create heat in the body and awareness of breath. This class is a great cleanser of the mind and body.
Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.
(Note - warm classes may not be suitable if you are pregnant/breastfeeding or have a medical condition or illness/injury; please consult your doctor and contact us to discuss whether our class meets your needs.)

Difficulty: all levels/moderate
A steady pace class focusing on holding poses for several breaths to create a balance of strengthening, flexibility, stability and mobility. Poses are often broken down with particular focus on the more technical aspects of postures. This style works to balance the feminine and masculine energies (‘ha’ = sun ‘tha’ = moon) and align the musculoskeletal system.
Suitable for all levels including beginners. If you're new to hot yoga, this is a good introduction to heated classes.

Difficulty: beginner focused
A slower flow class focused on establishing the foundations of a vinyasa class. This class focuses on the flow between movements with breath to create a rhythmic practice while maintaining safe and sustainable alignment. A deep dive into the philosophical underpinnings of yoga through movement.
Suitable for beginners or those wanting to refine their practice and work on alignment.
(Note – those new to yoga may prefer to start with this class)

Difficulty: all levels
A mindful, slow, floor-based class which releases the flow of energy around the body. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to soften into the muscles, using the assistance of props to target deep connective tissues. A therapeutic class which can over time improve range of motion and flexibility. This class will leave you feeling light and open.
Suitable for all levels of experience.
Feel free to bring a blanket for extra support and for warmth in cooler weather (socks are a great idea too!), plus a bolster and eye pillow if you have one.

A controlled and centring class which follows the principles of concentration, breath-work, precision and flow. Each movement will be smooth and controlled, encouraging connection to breath and focus on the precision of the movement. With a focus on graceful transitions throughout the class, there is space to concentrate on technique, positioning and attention to muscular control that will allow for a better mind-body awareness throughout class. You will leave feeling strong, supple, and energised.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Difficulty: all levels/beginner friendly
Incorporating Yoga principles, evidence based practices, and pulling from practices such as Yin & Hatha Yoga, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra. Somatic Yoga is a trauma-informed practice designed to develop a deep sense of self-awareness and get in touch with internal senses through sensory-motor experiences (mind-body-sensory integration approach) to regulate your nervous system.
This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

This class focuses on progressing towards peak poses & different themes which will be changed every month. Building on a traditional flow class with the addition of props such as straps and blocks to assist the body to create more space in preparation for the peak pose.
This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

If you are new to yoga and nervous or unsure about attending group classes, or just want to get an idea of what to expect, a private beginners class is a great way to get some one-on-one experience with a teacher and gain the confidence to attend general classes. It also gives you the opportunity to focus on your individual goals, needs or concerns and to see how yoga can benefit you as an individual.
Private beginners classes are $105 for 60 minutes and are generally available any day of the week, outside regular class times.

Note: caution should always be exercised when exposing the body to a heated environment, particularly during pregnancy/breastfeeding or if you have a medical condition, illness or injury. It is important to stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water before, during and after heated classes. Consult your doctor before attending a heated class, or if you are new to yoga, to assess if it is right for you. Minimum age to attend classes is 18 years; customers aged 16-17 may attend if accompanied by a parent/guardian (the parent/guardian must sign the waiver form on their behalf).
