  • Click on the timetable link in the menu, then click on the ‘book now’ button next to the class you wish to attend. (If you are new to the studio, you will be then prompted to set up an account and select a pricing option; if you buy a pack which includes multiple classes, this will be available whenever you sign up for future classes and log in).

    Online bookings close 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Booking is recommended to secure your spot, especially for busy evening classes which sometimes fill up quickly. If you're a new student you will need to complete a waiver form, so please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.

    If you have booked a class but can't make it, please cancel so another student can take your place. See "How do I cancel" below for more information.

  • If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. When someone else cancels their booking, the person at the top of the waitlist will automatically be bumped into that spot (up to 60 minutes prior to the start of the class). If you’re on the waitlist and you get bumped up into the class, you will receive a SMS or email notification (depending on your account settings - if you have opted out of texts or emails, we can’t send these!). You can also check by logging into your account and checking your schedule.

  • Click on timetable in the menu, then click on the "manage my account" or “my account” link at the top right corner of the timetable. This will prompt you to log in to your Momence account, where you can view your schedule and choose to cancel a class you have previously booked. You can also do this via the Momence app.

    Please note that the cancellation window is 6 hours prior to the start of class. Please note we only accept cancellations online.

    Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice will incur a $10 late fee. Booking a class at not showing up with no cancellation will incur a $24 fee (the cost of a casual class). This applies to members on unlimited passes. If you have a class pack (e.g. 10 class pass), a pass will be deducted but no further fees apply.

    Please email us if you have any problems with cancellations.

  • The studio is equipped with two bathrooms and two change rooms. Our sauna room has two showers (currently only available for those using the sauna).

    We provide all the props you need including bolsters, blocks, straps, and eye pillows.

    We also have towels for hire for $2 each.

  • Our hot classes are approximately 37° and warm classes are approximately 28°. Variations in the amount of body heat in the studio make maintaining an exact temperature tricky, but your teacher will keep an eye on the temperature and adjust the heating/cooling accordingly.

  • Caution should always be exercised when exposing the body to a heated environment, particularly during pregnancy/breastfeeding or if you have a medical condition, illness or injury. It is important to stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water before, during and after heated classes. Contact your doctor before trying yoga and/or attending a heated class for the first time, or if your circumstances change, to assess if it is right for you.

  • Bring along water (no glass bottles please!), your yoga mat and a large towel for hot or warm classes (big enough to cover your mat, a bath/beach towel will do). Some people also like to bring a small hand towel for heated classes. Check out our new students page for more information.

    If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can hire one for $2. Towel hire is also available.

  • Yes, we have access to both on-site and street parking. Our on-site parking is a shared carpark and may be limited during standard 9-5pm business hours. Richmond Road is a no-parking bike lane from 4-6pm Monday-Friday.

  • You must be 18 years old to attend our classes. Persons aged 16 or 17 years old may attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian (who will be required to sign the waiver form).

  • Yes! Click here to purchase a gift voucher. Choose from $25, $50, $80, $100, $155, $250 or select a custom amount (to be redeemed within 12 months). Gift vouchers are currently only available for purchase online.

    You have the choice to send the gift voucher to the recipient via email (you can select the date you want it sent - do your gift shopping now and then have it sent on Christmas Day, or any other special day!); or you can print the gift voucher once you have purchased it (so you can put it inside their Christmas/birthday card! You will also receive an email copy of the gift voucher so you can print it later).
