Just like our Yoga heating panels, our beautiful and functional infrared sauna is equipped with FAR infrared heating system. Saunas provide controlled heat exposure with many proven benefits when used regularly such as improved sleep, cardiovascular health, tension reduction, reduced inflammation, weight loss and pain management. Infrared saunas are recommended to be used at a lower heat for a longer period to experience the full benefit (which is a change from traditional steam saunas that are used at a higher temperature for a shorter time).
Our sauna is tucked into a private oasis equipped with showers. Sessions can be booked for 1 or 2 people with times varying from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on what you prefer. For beginners, we recommend starting with 30 minutes and working your way up. Temperature can be controlled based on personal preference from inside the sauna. It is recommended to hydrate adequately with at least 2-3L of water 24 hours before and after your session.
Please bring a towel, water, bathers, and a change of clothes.
Cancellation policy applies — cancellations or no-shows with less than 3 hours notice will forfeit your session. Please note your session time will not be extended if you are late.
