Membership terms & conditions
❋ Note — Class Packs/Passes are not transferable or refundable (in whole or in part). Prices are subject to change. Class Packs and Passes are not valid for special events, workshops or courses. No extensions on expiry dates.
❋ Introductory pass — Valid for 21 consecutive days from date of first class. Unlimited classes. One time purchase for new students only.
❋ 5 class pack — 3 month expiry from first class
❋ 10 & 20 class pack — 6 month expiry from first class
❋ 1 month & 6 month passes — no pauses available
❋ Unlimited & Part-time memberships — Payment debited fortnightly. 3 month minimum commitment, then cancel anytime. Can be paused for up to 6 weeks in a 12 month period, minimum 2 week pause.
❋ Pausing/cancelling memberships — 7 days notice required for pauses, 14 days notice required for cancellation. To organise, please email us. Please note, memberships cannot be cancelled while paused.
❋ Momence expiration dates: please note that Momence may automatically show an expiry date for a Class Pack or Pass as soon as you have purchased it. You can disregard this date; it will simply keep rolling over until you start using your Pack or Pass, and then your full expiry period will begin from the date of that first use.
Workshop passes are non-refundable. Any cancellations made will forfeit your pass.
