With hot, warm or unheated classes to choose from, there’s something for everybody. Check out our classes page for more information!

Try our 21 Day Introductory Pass and get 21 days of unlimited classes for just $55! It's best to pre-purchase & book your classes online to secure your spot, as some classes do fill up.

We recommend attending a couple of warm classes before trying a hot class, to help acclimatise you to the higher temperatures. Hot yoga can be an intense experience the first few times, but once you get used to the heat you will grow to love it!

You should bring:

  • plenty of water

  • your yoga mat (if you have one)

  • for hot or warm classes, a large towel to cover your mat (a bath/beach towel is sufficient; you can also purchase specialty yoga mat towels from sports stores or from us).

Towel hire is available if required ($2).

For your first class, arrive 10 minutes early to have a chat with the teacher and let them know it’s the first time you’re joining us. It’s always best to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of each class, as for security reasons our doors are locked a few minutes before each class begins.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if there is anything your teacher should be aware of, please have a chat to your teacher upon arrival at the studio and/or contact us in advance to make sure our classes are right for you. There may be some simple modifications to poses or helpful hints that will help you to get the most out of your practice.

We also offer private one-on-one beginners classes. If you are new to yoga and nervous or unsure about attending group classes, or just want to get an idea of what to expect, a private beginners class is a great way to get some one-on-one experience with a teacher and gain the confidence to attend general classes. It also gives you the opportunity to focus on your individual goals, needs or concerns and to see how yoga can benefit you as an individual. Book a private class, or contact us if you have any questions about this option.

Please view our frequently asked questions, or contact us with any queries. We can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Note: Caution should always be exercised when exposing the body to a heated environment, particularly during pregnancy/breastfeeding or if you have a medical condition, illness or injury. It is important to stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water before, during and after heated classes. Consult your doctor before trying yoga and/or attending a heated class for the first time, or if your circumstances change, to assess if it is right for you. Minimum age to attend classes is 18 years; customers aged 16-17 may attend if accompanied by a parent/guardian (the parent/guardian must sign the waiver form on their behalf).
